  1. Generously season chops with seasoning salt and garlic pwdr. Sear chops well on both sides. Remove chops from pan and stir fry onion rings in the fonde left in the pan. Remove rings from pan. Add butter to pan, melt. Add rice flour to make a rue. Add chicken broth and make a med gravy.. Add chops back to pan, top with a thin layer of sauerkraut and then the onions over that. I have added per ogives on the top of everything at this point. Want to ensure they get some moisture on them do they sort of steam. Can mix them frozen in a bowl with some chicken broth first which will help.
  2. Put the lid on and the entire thing into the oven at 375 for about 1/2 hr to 45 minutes.
