"A friend's father passed away and I was asked to attend the funeral remembrance with a dish. I thought this up on the spur of the moment and it was such a hit that I had to give out over 2 dozen recipe copy's. It was gone in a jiff also. I truly didn't expect that response to it, but it is very good."

  1. While the eggs are boiling, open and drain the 3 cans of ingredients very thoroughly. Put Peas, Corn, Mushrooms in a medium to large bowl and mix slightly. Coarsely chop the eggs and as well the onion. Add the chopped onion, egg, Pimentos, S & P and Mayo and mix till well blended. *If you use the sour cream reduce the Mayo slightly and mix in also.
