  1. 1. Warm milk and water to 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, combine the water/milk with the honey, oil, starter, and yeast. Let sit 5 or so minutes until yeast puffs up.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the flours, 7-grain, salt, caraway, and raisins.
  3. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and knead (or use a mixer). Place dough in a greased bowl and let rest 30 min. or so.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. 5. Turn out dough onto a greased surface, halve, and form into loaves. Place in sprayed baking pans and bake for 35 minutes, or until crust is well browned.
