  1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain, rinse and set aside.
  2. Add oil to wok, or large frying pan. Cook beef to desired doneness (abt 5 min. for med. rare. Drain excess fat and put meat aside.
  3. Combine broth, corn starch and salt. Set aside.
  4. Roughly chop Bock Choy and onions. Add to hot pan with garlic and ginger.
  5. Cook for 90 seconds, stirring constantly.
  6. Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  7. Add cooked beef and liquid. Stir liberally to prevent burning. This will start to boil and thicken somewhat. About 2 minutes.
  8. Add Fettuccine and combine by stirring for a minute.
  9. To give this a hotter Pad Thai-like kick add crushed peanuts and peppers with the vegetables.
