Pasta Bake


"An easy make ahead meal I have one in the freezer all the time for those days when dinner is the last thing on my mind. Add a salad and garlic bread to jazz it up."

  1. If baking right away pre heat oven to 375
  2. Brown Ground beef (Italian sausage) and drain
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions (to al dente)
  4. Mix ground beef (Italian sausage), sauce, and pasta in one 13X9 glass baking dish or two 8X8 baking dishes
  5. cover with cheese
  6. cover baking dish with aluminum foil and either freeze or continue to bake
  7. To bake place baking dish covered in oven for 20 minutes then remove cover and continue to bake until cheese has browned a bit ( about 10 more minutes)
  8. cooking time may be slightly longer if baking from frozen
