2.In a large skillet heat the ground beef over medium heat. Add in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3.In a large bowl mix cottage cheese, ricotta, 2 cups of mozzarella, 2 eggs, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, oregano, pepper, and salt.
4.Cook lasagna noodles according to package.
5.To assemble: Over a tortilla place a cooked lasagna noodle. Spread an even layer of the sauce mixture. Place a second layer of the noodles. Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture and then a final layer of noodle. Fold the burrito and repeat for remaining burritos. Spread remaining sauce mixture over the burritos and the mozzarella and parmesan over the sauce.
