  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2.In a large skillet heat the ground beef over medium heat. Add in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.In a large bowl mix cottage cheese, ricotta, 2 cups of mozzarella, 2 eggs, cup parmesan cheese, oregano, pepper, and salt.
  4. 4.Cook lasagna noodles according to package.
  5. 5.To assemble: Over a tortilla place a cooked lasagna noodle. Spread an even layer of the sauce mixture. Place a second layer of the noodles. Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture and then a final layer of noodle. Fold the burrito and repeat for remaining burritos. Spread remaining sauce mixture over the burritos and the mozzarella and parmesan over the sauce.
  6. 6.Bake for 13 minutes
  7. 7.Cool for 5
  8. 8.Eat.
