"This is my grandmother's cookie recipe, which we lovingly call Kitchen Sink cookies because they have everything but the kitchen sink in them. They are a delicious holiday treat, and do very well when frozen."

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cream sugar, butter, and oil
  3. Add egg, vanilla, salt, and soda and combine well.
  4. Add flour and mix well.
  5. Stir in all remaining ingredients. It should become difficult to stir.
  6. Drop onto cookie sheet using spoon or small ice cream scoop
