  1. start by boiling noodles.
  2. in separate pan brown beef, garlic, onion, and maggie.
  3. for sauce, pour cream in small pot and turn stove to medium. once warm, siff flour slowing while stirring till it is thickness you like - note! stove surface temperature directly affects thickness.
  4. layer in baking pan: (1) half noodles on bottome. (2) half of cheese. (3) half of cream (4)all of beef. (5) remaining noodles. (6) remaining cream. (7) top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake 350 for about 20 minues, then if you wish.. broil on high for about 2 minuets to give color/melt top cheese layer.
