Drain pears saving juice. Boil juice from pears. Add lime Jell-O, but NO WATER. Put in refrigerator and let set until the consistency of egg whites. Whip Jell-O. Blend pears and cream cheese in blender or food processor. Whisk this into the Jell-O. Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into an 11x7 pan. Refrigerate until set.
