  1. preheat oven to 400F
  2. open the pastry sheet
  3. lay brie cut side up in the center of the dough
  4. spoon preserves over cheese
  5. sprinkle nuts over preserves
  6. pull corners of dough up, completely covering cheese
  7. seal edges of dough with egg wash
  8. cover sealed brie with egg wash
  9. bake 25-30 min until dough in puffed and browned
  10. let cool 10 min before eating
