  1. Preheat oven to 400* and grease muffin pan.
  2. Combine flours, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir well.
  3. Lightly beat eggs. Add honey, melted butter, sour cream and milk. Stir to combine.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined (do not over-mix).
  5. Divide evenly into 12 muffin cups and bake 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to rack and cool completely.
