  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Prepare loaf pan with oil and flour.
  3. Mash the bananas and add in sugar, eggs, oil, raisins, cinnamon, nuts and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Then add the steel cut oats, oatmeal, flour and milk. Start with only 1/2 cup milk and add the other 1/4 cup of milk if the consistency is too thick. It should be about the consistency of muffin batter.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
