Cook sausage in a 10" skillet over medium high heat until well browned, stirring to seperate meat. Pour off any fat. Spoon meat into 11 X 7 X 2 baking dish. Top with bread cubes & cheese. Beat picante sauce & eggs with milk in medium bowl with fork. Pour mixture over bread mixture. Stir & press the bread mixture into the picante sauce to coat. Cover & refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
