  1. Prepare Creamy Dijon Dressing by combining sour cream mustard and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions. Add spinach before draining noodles.
  3. Break salmon into bite-size pieces; add to noodles with green onions.
  4. Toss with Creamy Dijon Dressing.
