  1. Mix cornstarch and Mrs Dash salt and peper
  2. Dredge Chicken cutlets in milk and coat with corn starch
  3. Preheat oven 325
  4. Melt butter in skillet, brown chicken
  5. place in oven to keep warm
  6. add more butter and challots to skillet cook until soft add champagne. add mectarines let reduce abut two minutes, add heavy cream.
  7. heat it up and then add chicken. If using peaches add now but not the sauce.
