"My friends always ask me to make this when there is a party or gathering. They tell me they haven't been able to duplicate the pinwheels. The key is refrigerating them for several hours so they will set and slice easily."

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients until well blended.
  2. Spread approximately 1/2 cup of the mixture over each tortilla; roll up tightly. Put into a 1 gallon freezer bag and refrigerated for at least 2 hours or overnight. Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa.
