In a medium sized bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients until well blended.
Spread approximately 1/2 cup of the mixture over each tortilla; roll up tightly. Put into a 1 gallon freezer bag and refrigerated for at least 2 hours or overnight. Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa.
