Cheesy Cheddar Chili Pizza


"This has quickly became one of my favorite recipes. My dad has been making this since I was a child. I always loved this and would eat piece after piece. now I will keep making it in memory of him."

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. lightly Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
  2. In a large bowl,mix Bisquick and milk together, mixing just until incorporated. Lightly grease or flour hands and press dough into bottom of pan. DO NOT form edge of crust yet. Bake for 10 mins remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat chili till starts to bubble. Remove from heat and drain most of the juice. (you will want a little juice but not much or bottom of crust will be soggy.)
  4. With the bottom of a cup or spatula press down the center of the crust forming the edge of the crust at this time.
  5. Once done making edge of crust spoon chili onto center of crust. Place back in oven an bake for 25 mins or edges start to brown.
  6. Remove from oven and top with 1 1/2 c. of cheese then place back in oven for for 10 mins or till cheese is all the way melted.
