"Vegetarian version of the Hawaiian Loco Moco! OK I know that these ingredients sound really strange together, but trust me, it's amazing! You get the perfect salty from the gravy and soy sauce, then the creaminess of egg yolk all soaked into the rice. You won't even be able to tell it's made with a veggie burger. Hope you enjoy!"

  1. Cook rice according to package directions
  2. Cook veggie burgers on hot grill according to package directions
  3. Warm gravy in a saucepan
  4. Fry eggs over medium
  5. Spread rice over the bottom of a plate
  6. Cover with 1/2 of the gravy
  7. Top with the 2 veggie burger patties
  8. Top with the 2 fried eggs
  9. Top with remaining gravy
  10. Drizzle with Soy Sauce to taste and Enjoy!
