start by beating the butter and both sugars till creamy. add vanilla and both eggs, seperately till smooth.
whisk dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl, then fold into wet bowl. Once incorporated, add chocolate, coconut, and pecans.
Scoop cookies in small portions onto baking sheet (about a ping pong ball) and bake until set ontop and golden. Let cool fully on a cooling rack before serving. Any unused raw dough or baked cookies freeze beautifully.
