Spray nonstick wok or skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat. Add turkey and stir fry until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Stir in mushrooms, peas, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder. Rinse and drain noodles. Dab with paper towels to dry and add to wok. Stir fry 2 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with onions and serve.
