"Don't let the title fool you. Not really a soup dish. But, if you're looking for some great chicken and gravy and don't mind the time it takes to make it, give this dish a try. My family can't get enough of it."

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
  2. Remove fat from thighs, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chicken seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, combine the soups and water; stir til well blended.
  5. Arrange thighs in a large baking dish/pan, lightly coated with cooking spray.
  6. Season top of chicken with half the dry mixture. Turn and season other side.
  7. Pour soup mixture over thighs.
  8. Sprinkle with basil.
  9. Loosely cover with foil.
  10. Place pan in oven and cook for 1 hour.
  11. Turn thighs, re-cover and cook for about another 40 minutes.
  12. Serve over rice, egg noodles or with potatoes.
