  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. In a large saute pan over high heat, add the oil. Once heated, place the chicken into the pan. Cook for 3-5min.(depending on how thick chicken is).
  4. Mix fig butter, Dijon Mustard and Champagne vinaigrette in a small bowl.
  5. Flip chicken with tongs and coat top with Fig mix. Put chicken in preheated oven using your oven-safe frying pan. Cook for 15 min.
  6. Take chicken out, test to make sure it's thoroughly cooked and Serve.
