  1. Combine all ingredients in a re-sealable plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
  2. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over high heat. Sear the steak for 5 minutes, turn, and sear for 5 minutes more. Allow to rest for several minutes, then slice across the grain.
