Heat deep fryer to 375. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir ingredients until well blended. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes. In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large glass bowl. Sprinkle and mix in flour mixture, until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Fry wings for 10-15 minutes, until brown. Remove from heat, placing in a serving bowl. Add BBQ sauce and stir together. Serve.
