  1. 2-1/2 lbs chicken wings – cut off tips and cut in half at joint. Discard tips.
  2. Deep fry unseasoned wings at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Wings can also be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees or over a grille at medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. Medium heat = holding your hand over the grille surface for the count of 3. If you can count above 3, the heat is insufficient. Turn every 3-4 minutes or as required.
  3. Mix Ingrediants in 2-Qt sauce pan
  4. Cook and stir mixture over medium heat to a full boil. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook/stir for 5 minutes. Allow to cool so the sauce will coat the wings.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  6. Dip the wings and place in a deep cookie sheet. Put in the oven on the center rack for 5 minute. Remove from oven, dip wings once more and return to oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately - plain or with celery stalks and blue cheese dressing.
