  1. Cook noodles as directed, 3min. Drain in cullendar and set aside.
  2. Add oil to used noodle pot. Add onion and garlic till done. Stir in curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Sauté till well combined and browning. Crack eggs and add to pot. Lightly scramble. Cook well.
  3. Add noodles to the pot and toss well using two spoons. Add water, soy sauce and vinagar. Grate ginger onto noodles (about 1/4 tsp) and sprinkle 1/4 flavor packet. Stir well and serve.
