  1. Spray bottom and sides of 4 - 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Lay thawed chicken breasts on bottom.
  3. Arrange pineapples and oranges over chicken.
  4. In a medium bowl, add pineapple juice to cornstarch and stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook: 4 - 5 hours on low or 2 - 3 hours on high.
