  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Chop pepper and green onion into small pieces.
  3. Prepare bechamel sauce (make from scratch or heat a store bought version)
  4. Fry chopped bacon and ham, draining grease and then adding chopped pepper and onion when almost done.
  5. Cut buns in half, or cut into bowl shape. Fill with a layer of bechamel sauce, spoon over the meat and veggie mixture, and add another spoonful of bechamel on top.
  6. Put buns in oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until just slightly toasted.
