Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake

"This is a cake I just put together with things I had on hand. It was actually a birthday cake and I was tired of traditional cake with icing. Great for breakfast too!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 9x13 pan
  3. For topping, mix together flour,sugars,and cinnamon.Once combined cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.(use blender/food processor)Put topping in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, oil and sour cream. Add cake mix in small batches until well mixed.
  5. Pour cake batter into greased pan and set aside.
  6. Mix together the 4 tablespoons of melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour over cake batter and swirl in.
  7. Top cake with the refrigerated crumb topping with desired amount.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes
