Prepare the fudge brownies according to package directions, using the oil, water and eggs. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Allow to cool.
When brownies are cool, prepare the pudding; in a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Then mix until smooth and set aside to thicken.
Cut the brownies up then crumble them up to evenly cover the bottom of your dish. Pour some of the pudding over the brownies, now cover with some of the whipped topping then sprinkle with Heath Toffee Bits and drizzle with Caramel Topping. Repeat layers. Finish top layer with Cool Whip then sprinkle top a few Heath Toffee Bits and drizzle with Caramel.
