"This recipe is a combination of two recipes, which I found on my grandmother's recipe cards. The original recipes didn't have amounts for most of the ingredients so the figures here are based on trial and error."

  1. Cook pasta per directions, rinse, and set aside to drain and cool.
  2. Dice onions and green onions, add to small amount of olive oil, along with garlic.
  3. Heat in pan till softened.
  4. Add Tabasco to milk and stir.
  5. Add milk mixture and mushroom soup to pan.
  6. Heat mixture to combine all ingredients in pan.
  7. Remove from heat and add dried parsley, except 2 Tbs.
  8. Combine sauce mixture with pasta in casserole dish.
  9. Add remaining parsley to bread crumbs and sprinkle across top of casserole.
  10. Spray top with baking spray, such as PAM.
  11. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until top starts to brown.
