  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Spray a 9X13 pan with non stick spray
  3. 3. Press pizza dough into pan - use less dough for thinner crust
  4. 4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. 5. Saute broccoli slaw, onions, peppers and garlic on oil 10 minutes until slightly cooked. set aside
  6. 6. Saute mushrooms until browned in a separate pan
  7. 7. Beat eggs or egg whites with skim milk, basil, oregano parsley and salt and pepper in separate bowl.
  8. 7. Top partially baked crust with chopped pepperoni, sauted broccoli slaw mixture, sauted mushrooms and shredded mozzarella
  9. 8. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  10. 9. bake 45-50 minutes
  11. 10. Top each portion with bruschetta sauce
