  1. Butter 8x8" pan.
  2. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat sugar, milk, butter, and salt to boiling. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously until marshmallows melt.
  4. Pour into pan. Cool on rack.
