Grease two 8 inch pans with butter and flour. Place parchment paper inside pans and spray with cooking spray. Set aside
Place strawberries in large pan on stove top. Cook on low untill strawberries turn into syrup like mixture. Constantly stir, cook for about an hour. Set aside.
In a seprate bowl mix flour baking powder and salt together. Set aside
In a stand mixer beat butter, sugar,and gelatin mix intill fluffy.
Add 1 egg at a time while motor is running. Wait intill egg is no longer visable.
Add in the flour salt and baking powder from earlier in. Add this in a little at a time.
Add vanilla extract
Pour 1/2 cup of milk in at a time.
Pour in puree
Pour batter into pans and bake for about 25-30 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean.
While thats baking take out a pot and fill it half way with water. Place on stove. [put on low heat] take a large bowl and place chocolates inside. Put bowl ontop of pot. Cook untill chocolates have melted. [DONOT LET WATER BOIL! Stir Constantly, and watch over chocolate] dip strawberrys in chocolate when done.
Remove cakes from oven. Stack, frost, place strawberries ontop, and enjoy!
