  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Liberally butter a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Put all ingredients (except cinnamon and nutmeg) in a blender and blend until well mixed. (About 30 seconds)
  4. Pour into a well buttered 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and bottom of pie is lightly brown.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
