  1. Mix water/vodka put in freezer
  2. put large bowl in freezer
  3. Sift flour into bowl, add sugar, flour, salt into processor, put in freezer.
  4. Chop butter, put in freezer
  5. Measure lard, put in freezer
  6. Cris-cross 2 sheets of cling-wrap on counter
  7. Put lard in processor, pulse briefly
  8. Add butter, pulse until looks like corn meal
  9. Put in large cold bowl, spritz liquid, mix lightly. continue until forms ball
  10. press into 8 inch flat circle with sides tucked together, onto cling-wrap.
  11. Refrgrigerate for 30 minutes
  12. Flour counter, and slowly roll and watch it fall apart.
  13. ensure bottom is floured well, and use pastry knife to scrape off counter if necessary
