  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, 425 degrees if you have a a gas oven.
  2. Grease baking dish or line with foil.
  3. Rinse salmon off and pat dry with paper towel.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Combine mustard, butter, and honey into small bowl.
  6. Brush onto the salmon fillets.
  7. Next combine breadcrumbs, pecans/walnuts, and parsley. Crumble onto top of the salmon.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven, don't let the top burn! You can also bake at lower temperature if you oven is touchy.
