Moistest Vegan Corn Bread

"I started making this corn bread after finding out I had an egg allergy. It came out so moist and wonderful, I don't mind the change. Great with Chilli!"

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (if using dark colored pan, heat to 375 degrees).
  2. Add all dry ingredients, mix with whisk to combine.
  3. Add creamed corn,vinegar and apple sauce. Mix to combine well.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Stir just enough to blend ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into greased pan, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until knife comes out clean when placed in the center.
