  1. Chop Onions, Garlic & Celery
  2. Saute in Olive Oil until onion is translucent
  3. In pot, combine,water, lentils, carrots, onion mixture, frozen Spinach, Bouillons, salt, basil.
  4. Bring to a bowl, reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Add Chevril and Swiss Chard. cook until done.
  6. Serve over rice.
