  1. To prepare sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in refrigerator can be made a day ahead.
  2. To prepare fish, heat gas grill or nonstick grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine paprika and all other spice ingredients (through cayenne pepper); sprinkle over both sides of fish.
