In a large bowl, beat the egg with the milk/water. Mix in GF Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs till a paste forms.(I have my own recipe for making GF Italian Seasoned bread crumbs on this site.) Mix in the paste and the ground beef with your hands. Be careful not to overmix because meatballs will be tough and not tender
Measure meatballs with an ice cream scoop so they are evenly sized. Roll balls with dampened hands. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place meatballs on baking pan sprayed with vegetable spray so they don't stick & bake for 30 minutes, or just fry them in a frying pan.
After meatballs are cooked, place in pot of tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered, for another 30 min.
