"My 7 year old daughter requested cheeseburger tacos for dinner one night, so I created this and all the kids loved it! The adults also raved after "tweaking" their tacos by adding onions, peppers, hot sauce, etc. to the meat mixture."

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Place the ground beef in a large skillet. Add the black pepper, salt and garlic powder. 3. Over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until brown, using a metal spatula to break up and crumble the beef while it cooks. Drain the grease. 4. Over low heat, add 1/2 cup ketchup and stir until thoroughly mixed. 5. On a cutting board or other flat surface, lay a tortilla flat and place some of the hamburger inside the tortilla. Add some Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican on top. Start rolling the tortilla, then stop to fold over sides, then continue rolling until it resembles a burrito. Place in a lightly greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle with more Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican. Repeat until all of the meat mixture has been used. 6. Cover the 9x13 pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tacos are heated through. 7. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup ketchup until well blended. 8. Top the tacos with the sour cream and ketchup combo and serve.
