  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400. Let frozen pie crust sit at room temp for 10. min. Bake crust for 7 min. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 375.
  2. 2. In med. skillet, combine ground beef, onion, & taco seasoning. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally until beef is browned. Drain.
  3. 3. Layer cheese & beef mix in pie crust. Combine eggs, half & half, salt & pepper. Beat until we'll mixed (but not frothy). Pour over beef mix. Bake 45 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
