  1. 1. place chicken in a slow ccoker cover with water cook for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. 2. remove cool and de-bone
  3. 3.pour broth into a large stock pot
  4. 4.bring to a boil add sliced sausage, butter, dales seasoning or soy sauce, and rice
  5. 5. cook until rice is done about 20 mins
  6. 6.add chicken and continue cooking until rice is done
  7. 7. add salt and pepper to taste
