  1. Follow the directions to cook the rice.
  2. Add to the mix (water and rice) the other ingredients (saffron, anise, cinnamon).
  3. Cook it till the water is absorbed.
  4. Let it rest a few minutes inside the covered pot.
  5. Ready to serve, enjoy!
  6. (If you wish, add a few lemon drops before serving - DON'T cook it with lemon juice)
