  1. Lop top off each garlic head. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
  2. Place in oven proof dish - in oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Roast for 40min.
  3. Boil potatoes in water till soft. Drain water and mash.
  4. Remove roasted garlic and drain pulp of each clove into potato pot.
  5. Add butter and olive oil.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Stir till nice and creamy.
