  1. Combine nuts and fruit in a food processor and pulse until it becomes finely chopped but before it starts to form a ball.
  2. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Combine/mix together with hands.
  3. Roll into balls and set aside.
  4. Place coconut flakes in food processor and process till it becomes a powder.
  5. Add coconut to a shallow ball and roll balls until completely coated.
