  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Lay squash on its side and cut into 1cm slices.
  3. Scrape seeds from inside squash rings.
  4. Place squash rings on parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Rub olive oil and salt on rings.
  6. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until tender.
