Place chicken breasts in crock pot and cover generously with Sweet Baby Ray's Original Sauce. Cook on low for 5 hours, or until done. Shred chicken and leave in sauce. Cut rolls in half length wise and butter each side. Melt cheese on rolls in the oven broiler. Spoon onto rolls.
Mix shredded lettuce, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese. Top with BBQ chicken and ranch dressing.
