  • Cook

  1. Heat oil in lg. skillet.
  2. Sprinkle salmon with S & P.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes per side. (or until fish is opaque).
  4. In a sm. bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, dill, capers, and S & P.
  5. Top salmon fillets with a dollop of sauce and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
